Biography:

Chris has been teaching at Schmitt Music for over 12 years. He takes a progressive approach to teaching, giving students a solid foundation on which to build while instilling a sense of fun and musicality. After majoring in music at Harper College in Chicago, IL, Chris went on to earn both a Music Performance Diploma and a Studio Production Diploma from McNally Smith College of Music in St Paul, MN. Chris currently plays drums for local favorites The Hard Luck, who have won the Cities 97 Battle of the Bands competition and have made numerous television appearances.
